• Advising on the choice of proper type and territorial scope of protection for inventions and utility models in all areas of science and technology
• Conducting prior art and preliminary patentability searches regarding inventions and protectability of utility models
• Preparing application documents and filing applications in Poland and abroad, in the Polish Patent Office and the European Patent Office (EPO), filing international applications under the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) as well as national applications in all foreign patent offices
• Conducting registration proceedings up to the stage of obtaining final and binding decision on granting protection
• Obtaining Supplementary Protection Certificates (SPC)
• Monitoring the time limits and payments made to the Polish Patent Office and the European Patent Office
• Recordal of changes in the national and foreign registers
• Conducting litigations regarding opposition matters and motions for cancellation of exclusive rights
• Validation of European patents in Poland
• Conducting matters which relate to infringement of patents and utility models
• Preparing agreements, settlements and legal opinions
