The Firm was founded on 1 July 1991 when its founding partners – Wanda Kulikowska and Jarosław Kulikowski joined their forces of long-term experience and youthful optimism and created an independent and modern law firm based on knowledge, practice and innovation, in response to the needs of the Clients.

At that time, as one of the first privately-owned partnerships engaged in the protection of industrial property, we took up the challenge to be in the top league of the leading law firms in Poland.

In 1991 K&K was formed by a small group of individuals but quickly evolved to a foundation of dynamic and proficient team of specialists in the field of inventions, utility models, industrial designs, trademarks, geographical indications, unfair competition, copyright and domain names.

Today, our efficient and experienced team equipped with knowledge, know-how, creativity, thorough approach to the law and perfect familiarity with the market realities consists of more than 40 members. We also cooperate with the best foreign specialists offering comprehensive protection of intellectual property rights worldwide.

The Firm, since the very outset, has specialized in legal services provided for large commercial entities and leading foreign companies accompanying them in their business career on the Polish market. We have also, for years, been of assistance to Polish enterprises being a growing group of our Clients who are offered our support in building their success on the Polish and foreign markets.
