• Filing industrial designs for protection in the Polish Patent Office, European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), under the international registration proceedings within the Hague Agreement and in foreign patent offices
• Registration proceedings – counsel and representation at all stages of the proceedings
• Searches in the files of registered industrial designs
• Preparing professional translation of documentation
• Conducting opposition proceedings against industrial design applications
• Monitoring industrial design protection with regard to fees for their protection, renewals, recordals in the relevant registers
• Conducting litigations with the aim of cancelling granted protection rights and with the aim of declaring granted protection rights lapsed
• Preparing agreements (assignments, licenses, settlements)
• Conducting matters which relate to industrial design infringements
